TEAM REGISTRATION
The following are a few procedures to follow in order to complete your file and ensure that we received all necessary information.
Only the authorised team representative must present themselves at the registration tent situated at the Competences 2000 park site an hour and a half (1h30) before the first game.

The affiliation card of all the players and the trainers registered on the game sheets

And the original of the travel permit (approved).

PLAYERS AND COACHES REGISTRATION
Every team (players and coaches) will have to show up one (1) hour before the first game at the players registration table where the game will be played, to proceed to the validation of the players with their card affiliation (every players and coaches will receive a bracelet for identification).

PLAYERS ROSTER AND GAME SHEETS
You received an access to the site PTS-TOURNOI to complete your players' list. A maximum of eighteen (18) players for socccer to 7 and (20) players for soccer to 11, can be on the list and a maximum of three (3) coaches is authorized on the bench of the players. Here are the steps to follow:

•Enter your user's name and password by selecting the LOGIN;
In the menu ENRERISTEMENT-JOUEURS, you have to add the players and coaches taking part in tournament;
You add the players and the coaches by completing:
ºAffiliation card players and coaches
ºName of the player or the trainer
ºDate of birth
ºJersey number
• If you have an access code to PTS-League (season summer 2013), type the user and the password to reach players list, and afterward add the players who will participate in the tournament.
• The players list have to be finalize at the latest on thursday before the tournament.
• Afterward, you have to print the game sheets indicate at the top of the page. Print all the game sheets with game already assigned and four (4) copies of game sheets "no numbers". Present all the game sheets to be approved during the team registration night on friday.
• This list can't be modified during the tournament.
