Hotels reservations

1. Every team will receive the reservation form by e-mail or can downloaded directly on this site.

    

2. The teams complete the form and return it by e-mail at : tournoi_int@yahoo.ca

    

3. The hotel receives the form and proceeds to the booking (theay will communicate with the customer if necessary).
   

    

4. The hotel completes its reserved part of the form (number of confirmation of the booking and the name of the representative of the hotel.

    
   

5. The hotel forwards the number of confirmation to the customer by e-mail and infromer the organization of the tournament.
